There will be a talk about The Science of the Mind over Body and how we really CAN find things to make ourselves feel better. Should be very interesting. We will also chat a lot (as usual) and share our own helpful things.
Entry is free but a contribution to cover the cost of refreshments would be greatly appreciated.
