Anti MPO

Hello - Can anyone help with advice. I have had at least 1 blood result where the anti MPO is 131.

Was told rest of bloods were normal - have various symptoms that are listed. Is vaculitis likely from this result? Will be seeing a specialist but probably not for 3 months or so.

I wondered if anyone else had similar bloods?
