Nick try the American vasculitis website. I used to get their magazine which had details of consultants and support groups worldwide.

Hi Nick

I used to be treated by Dr Larel Young here in the UK before she returned to Australia. She is based in Queensland which I know is miles away, however she is a member of the Australian Rheumatology Society. She might be able to advice you of a colleague in your area who has an interest in Vasculitis. She did part of her training under Professor D'Cruz in London who has a special interest in Lupus and Vasculitis. I note from her web details that Dr Young does offer Skype consultations.

If you have renal involvement the Medical Monitor for Australia of the PEXIVAS trial is Dr Chen Au Peh and he works at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, and there are other people participating in the trial through the Flinders Medical Centre.
