Just wanted to say what an excellent meeting we had on Saturday. Lots of fun, chat, conversation and a really great session on how to cope with stress. A big thank you to Alice, Specialist Rheumatology Nurse for leading this session. So many benefited from this. 
We were a group of 26, youngest was almost 9 years old the oldest 71 We now have 40 members. So if you live in the North/South Derbyshire Nottingham area please come along to one of our meetings. The next one is scheduled for the Autumn.
