Has anyone tried these circulation boosting ISO rocker machines? I have regenerating peripheral nerves and wondered if they are recommended, any good or a waste of money? Sandra

Dear RareStap,

I have no real idea however, in my, admittedly fairly limited, experience of these type of things- they are probably a complete waste of money. The, highly unlikely, alternative is that they may have some effect....BUT not necessarily the one you wished to achieve.

Don't let me 'rain on your parade' entirely, after all, it is hardly my area of expertise- I have had kidney, heart and brain problems....So what do I know? My gut feeling is just be carful, that's all. Do speak to your doctors/consultants- maybe you could 'post' their opinions here?

In any case take care.

Best wishes AndrewT
