If you live and are treated in Ireland for your Vasculitis, please take a minute to complete this short survey.

This is a very short survey which will go some way to providing evidence of how long we waited for the correct diagnosis, how many medical professionals were involved and who manages our care?

It is anonymous, very short and can be answered by carers or patients. I have some responses from those who attended the conference in October, but it will be no harm to fill it out again as there are a few minor changes to the questions to ensure we get the information we need.

The information gathered will be used to back our aims of improving our care and providing appropriate, timely and convenient services.

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey, there is an option to adjust your answers if you wish to. I know for some of us it is hard to remember accurately how many professionals we have seen but just do your best, that is much better than doing nothing.

I was being treated for vasculitid but now my diagnosis is back up in the air again. Should i complete it?

yes, there is enough room in the boxes for an explanation. We think it is important because it will give information about how difficult it is for you to get a proper diagnosis.
