"Driverless cars to be introduced in Milton Keynes" !!!!

Sorry Jonty W should have explained more. My sister was quite impressed with these driverless cars. She thought they would be very good for people with disabilities . So many people with Vasculitis have mobility scooters, this little car just maybe an alternative ..but we are unsure of the cost. My sister did not think they would be too pricy. She has an autoimmune disease where she has to have iron infusions every 12 weeks, her body is unable to absorb iron, and she has type 2 diabetes. She was also in a very bad car accident two years ago this Christmas which has now affected her confidence with driving her car.

Dear Susy,

I'm glad you sorted out the 'driverless cars' confusion, I was wondering myself. regarding your sister, yes there are a great many 'autoimmune ' conditions vasculitis, and the allied 'bits' being one of many, so to speak. Do you know quite what she has got? (I hate the word 'got' but couldn't think of another, sorry).

In any event please do keep 'in touch' and let us all know how she, and yourself of cause, get on, will you?

Best wishes AndrewT

Alas they do not have an exact name for it.. she suffers from some internal bleeding of the intestine..so her body does not absorb any iron.. if she does not have the infusions every 12 weeks, she becomes very weak, deathly white and will be in hospital as an in patient within days. The type 2 diabetes came secondary to this. ... thank you for interest.. :-)
