my rightside of my nostril still numb after dental work done 3weeks ago

Had crown work done and several injections.

well actually I was but finished 3/4 days before .and I was not asked this question. Actually also my gum above right top front tooth below nostril numb as well,will this feeling go away at some stage,and thank you for your reply.

Im on 25 mg pred daily at moment,my dentist says you need to tell them if your a nervous patient only ,I told him I was on them he said knowing me that iwas not a nervous patient,can cause the adrenal glands into bother if you are frightened of the dentists basically,and these patients were more at risk.
