Coffee, tea and biscuits will be provided. There will be no charge but we will be holding a raffle to try and cover the cost of the event.

The main topic for discussion will be "Coping Strategies".

Alice Muir, Rheumatology Specialist Nurse from the Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham will also give an interactive presentation about the benefits of Tai Chi.

A few of us will be meeting up for lunch at mid-day if anyone would like to join us.

Yes, I think I maybe looking forward to trying Tai chi, too. My sister is in her 80's now and she finds it very good for relaxation and gentle flexibility. I have also met Alice the Rheumatologist specialist nurse. She was at the Paris Vasculitis Workshop back in April. She has written an article for the Autumn Newsletter, which is due out about the 1st October. She has not been well herself and has a good understanding of how patients with Vasculitis have to cope with their condition on a daily basis.
