Post transplant blood accumulation around kidney

Hello again everyone,

I wrote a post a couple of months ago, thank you for the kind reply!

My father's transplant was done 3 days ago and all looks ok, accept from one thing:

Apparently when they measured his hemoglobin it was pretty low, so they did a scan and noticed some blood that has accumulated around the transplanted kidney.

I know it has been just a couple of days and they are observing it now, but I was wondering, has this happened to anyone by any chance? And what was it due to?
