Not really understanding what you're saying there Vincent?

I'm with Jimbob7 here, Vincent. It is difficult to know what you are asking and how you would like us to answer. Are you talking about a specific experience you've had personally or making a comment about people working in the audiology field who have tinnitus themselves?
Because severity of tinnitus is personal - someone can have manageable tinnitus one day and difficult tinnitus the next. Doubting that someone's tinnitus is as severe as they describe it to be is a conversational dead end - very few people will ever know what it's like to experience someone else's tinnitus, so having a 'my tinnitus is more severe than yours' dialogue is of questionable point.
