increase of T when exercise

Anyone else noticed your T increases in loudness and intensity when say exercising and so like me you are lifting heavy weights and for that moment of the lift or the push on the weight(s) you hear the change on the exertion as it goes more profound but then it goes back to its normal frequency after you’ve completed the manoeuvre, I wonder is this to do with a rush of blood or/and something else? Or is it just me??

Yes I notice it is worse after the gym. I don't lift weights but use treadmill and machines. I put it down to increased blood pressure.

I used to cycle quite a lot. I remember that while slogging away on long steep climbs my tinnitus increased dramatically.

I went on the leg press at the gym and I felt pressure in my head and my tinnitus doubled its volume, that was six weeks ago, I havent been since.
