hi 👋🏻 seem to be putting a few posts on here lately. I’ve taken 25mg A for 6 nights, mainly for sleep, however it’s not really helping and my T is screaming at me last few days. Anyone think it is ok to just stop as ive only had it for 6 days?

Thanks

have a look at the pack insert. Does it say you can stop abruptly or do you need to tail off? If no joy there, see your pharmacist- either the one employed by your docs groups of surgeries who will have access to your records or,the one who dispensed it. I don’t think it’s wise of us here to advise on medication otherwise.

if it’s not helping then stop. I cut one in half once a week which helps give me 9 hrs of sleep. Good luck

It's probably best to ask your GP or pharmacist. I believe the reasons stem from your mind being used to the positive effects of longer term use of ADs. However I'm not doctor/chemist/pharmacist but best to ask them.

I took them for a few days and stopped. All they did for me was make my mouth dry on waking.
