I’m 71 and traveled the world. Kenya was where I first noticed my T getting worse 24 yrs ago. I’m currently in Tenerife on my 3rd visit in the last 3 years and I’ve noticed that the day after landing my T is really really bad which is normal after a flight for me. But after that my T is remarkably quiet compared to the uk. It’s inexplicable but the relief here and also Lanzerotti makes me think about moving here permanently. I have 17 days left here in Tennerife so may update this post.

Mine is the same the day after a flight but then while abroad on holiday generally much better . I think it’s because on holiday and in better weather stress / anxiety is lower , T feeds on that whatever the cause so therefore should be lower as well .
as has been said - the brain is searching for a sound after the flight, as the flight was necessarily loud. And now you are relaxing, the devil that’s on your shoulders - Mr T - is having a hard time of it and he doesn’t want you to relax, but you’ve got him nailed!
