Hi Doz66 Welcome πŸ™‚ Have a look on the Alpine website. They've got a good selection for all occasions. I've got the Music Safe earmuffs which I use at the dentist.

hiya - if you are a regular gig goer use what the musicians use - custom moulded earplugs. They provide the best attenuation and sound and are the most comfortable. Not cheap but neither are concerts these days.

Hi there. I play in a band and attend lots of heavy metal gigs also. I use Docs Pro Plugs. Get them on amazon. They are dished and fit inside the whole ear aperture. As they are transparent you can't actually see them. I use them for swimming and surfing also. They do vented ones also, for sound engineers, but personally I use the non vented for better protection. Hope this helps.

I use "QUIES" wax ones . Roll them round a bit to become softer, plug in your ear . I can't hear anything with these in . I can tweak them a bit I need to hear just a little.
