Hi,Anyone else suffering from pulsatile tinnitus and high BP? I'm currently waiting ENT and CT scan for further investigation. I'm struggling to sleep at night when the tinnitus is really loud, tried headphones, but can't sleep with the noises playing in my ear.

Mine is worse at night. As is the dizziness I suffer if I lay on my right hand side, I saw ENT last sep who sent me for a CT scan that I had in November and today 26-4-23 I have the follow up with ENT regarding the scan. I am assuming as it’s been five months since the scan that nothing serious was found.

Relaxing sounds and exercise help me. Can you take a walk in the woods or by a river or sea??

Yes. My pulsatile is worse when i lay down so i try not to do it too quickly. when going to bed i sit on the edge for abit first & then when think bodies aclimatised to going from stood to sat i then slowly lay down. i dont turn over too quickly, again do it in stages. it helps. also if it gets too intense i sit back up as that seems to calm it some.

I sleep with earphones. Any talk program works best for me.
