Hi Sun.

As mentioned in your earlier thread - healthunlocked.com/bta/post... - tinnitus isn't an issue which has instant solutions.

You may have to act on some of the advice offered by members of the community to find some relief from the difficulties you are having.

Have you tried out any of the recommendations in that thread - they're going to take time to work and you might have to persist with some of them to see the benefit from them?

Not yet because I can’t hear properly and I can’t speak English properly. I have a child so I can’t use mobile in front of him. everything’s make me upset.

Hi sun_1234 I'm sorry there are no easy answers. The good news is that you won't always focus on your tinnitus as much as you do now. The early days are tough but they will pass. Believe me. I didn't think I would ever learn to live with the sounds but I have - more or less. By the way your English is very good 👍
