Update to covid vaccine

Thought I would update you on the situation,

I phoned the doctor for a completely different reason but thought whilst I’m at it I’ll bring the covid vaccine up, basically she told me I would have to wait in line with everyone else, so I said that surely with my lung being only 3/4 inflated that I would be more at risk of going into hospital if I should get covid, she told me that because it was 8 yrs ago I was at no more a risk than the next person, well 2 days later I have a text telling me to book my vaccine, so I had it done yesterday ( Friday ) ! I want to thank you all for your help and advice.
