Bone conduction headphones recommendations

Hello,

A hat trick of questions from me today! So does anyone use bone conduction headphones? Any recommendations? The ones the BTA sells are £69 which is a lot of money to risk on a whim but again there aren't any shops to try them in, and a funny little disease means we can't touch anything anyway! Due to said disease I've used headphones a lot more lately which makes my tinnitus worse, not surprising, and I've thought more about bone conduction headphones as my hearing loss is all in the high, voice frequency range.

thanks

Coincidently, I was looking at those yesterday on Amazon.

Aftershokz, as sold be BTA, do indeed seem to be the leading brand with reviewers scores between 4 and 5 on average. Some of the products have thousands of reviews. For example, Aftershokz Trekz, as sold by BTA, have an average score of 4.4 from 6564 reviews.

That gives me the confidence to buy a pair.... however, £69 is only the starting price for a decent pair.

I have the same hearing loss as you and I’m not bothered about the lack of bass response these earphones reportedly have.

I’m just trying to decide which to buy...

Thanks. Good luck with your decision.

I've finally got around to testing my over-ear headphones that don't have a microphone and the mobile still works as a microphone (I thought it wouldn't if you have headphones plugged in) so I can at least stop using the in ear headphones which make T worse.
