How long have you been experiencing it for? We all have our highs and lows with this, if you're having a spike, try to calm and distract yourself, maybe go for a walk or enjoy a movie

The noises in your head could be tinnitus. Wait a few weeks and if no better see your doctor for advice,

I am having a bad time with tinnitus at the moment, and know what it feels like, my only advice is to try to do things to keep your mind of it, and I know that is easy said than done.
