Support needed please?

I've had tinnitus fro 18 months and thought I was moving to habituization.

These last few days I'm feeling really low within a spike. Anyone else experience a head full if crickets 24/7?

Yes! I’ve had it for at least ten years, crickets and dings. Like a badly-tuned radio.

Just keep trying to smile!

I get I higher pitched sound this time of the year. It could be down to the hay fever season

When I first experienced tinnitus around 8 years ago, I described my ‘sound’ as a crickety-twitch. This lasted for around 2-3 years and in all honesty, I would swap what I experience now for that sound once again. My T is ever-changing and I’m kinda used to this happening now. Don’t get me wrong, I still have problems managing it sometimes but I’m not scared of it anymore. Wish you all the best
