Drug induced tinnitus

Hello guys...its been nearly a month I think my tinnitus might started when i took imipramine and also antipsychotic. Chlorpromazine medication for MDD it exacerbated immensily... Which i quited two day cos i had a feeling i might have been experiencing neuro malignant syndrome... I had to be rushed to the hospital cos of drug reaction.. After that headache came knocking especially at the of my left ear. My tinnitus reinforced with different sounds of various degress..What does that mean? does it mean somthing is damage in my ear auditory nerves in my brain..am scared cos all my attempts to elevate this nightmare turns into disaster.. Pls i jst want to know if there is anything or hope for this acute tinnitus with anxiety
