Background Loudness on TV.

I would like to complain about the loudness in general of music on BBC programmes, you have lower the volume when a the music amplifies the climax in a Drama for instance, and after that you can't hear what the actors are saying so you put the volume back up and that is the way it carries on up and down with the volume controller.

I'm not saying it's just the BBC because lot of other TV programme companies are the same ITV news is bad when that comes on , why does have to be so loud it hadn't used to be like this,

especially today with such a focus on Health & Safety, personally I think this a BIG Health & Safety issue , so would it be possible to look into this problem before we all have hearing difficulties .

I agree it's a flaming nuisance, thank goodness we have remote controls otherwise we would be up and like a yo-yo adjusting the volume
