Hello

I take Gabapentin and Mirtazapine to sleep. They work quite well. It cut down on the Mirtiazipine to 7.5mg. I still sleep. When I come off, I don't sleep. So for me, sleep is more important. I suppose a lot of it is in my head, excuse the pun, but not sleeping make my T worse the next day.

Some people are dead against pills. I would love to be pill free but accept that this is where I am at now.

Good luck on your journey to peace and quiet.

Ade
