Two weeks after the weather change my right ear has a muffled sound usually when some one speaks..very much when it’s loud...hope it’s treatable as ENT still investigating ....sound like a resonance

Are you sure your ear canal is not blocked by wax ........obvious question and at least you're in good hands with ENT. Good luck.

On outside not wax. Audiologist thinks it’s congestion and could take a few months...it’s all a nite mare as when you think have overcome the T then this happens ...hopefully find an answer

There’s all sort of theories ...am hoping it clears but it does my head in especially when sound resonates
