Hi everyone have titnnitus for one year now difinately in a better place now but feel I still l have a long way to go did anyone else experience this out on Saturday for dinner over endulged with wine what a hangover then my titnnitis was dreadful spiked terrible cryed the whole day thought I was starting to habitate but this has set me back never again when you feel like your getting your life back then this setback also is swimming safe with t

This spike is really normal after a night out. You might be more tired or the room was more noisy with chatter. All this affects T plus too much wine might not have helped. Rest relax and t will improve and get back to normal good luck.

No not sore but I am very aware of T, almost a vibrating feeling when it's bad.
