Hi everyone hoping your all well as well as could be with this horrible symptom t does anyone experience bad spike when tired and hangover long time from had one went a we bit overboard with wine on mother's day lol but spike was horrendous took two days to come down again feel like can't enjoy life without this t torture

SUS776 yes! In my younger days what with wanting to die from the hangover AND the T!!!I like to try to view it that being kind to your body means being nasty to your T

I agree with you. “ torture” is a good word for it . . I find I’m a lot worse when I get tired and also feel worse when I get worried. I don’t “ drink” hope you improve very soon.
