Hi everyone!

I'm just wondering who sleeps with their hearing aids at night?

I was told not to.

I did, when very unwell & extremely tired (just after making an altruistic donation of my left kidney) fall asleep in bed for a couple of hours with them in. I woke up with very sore ears, so I certainly won't be doing that again.

Hi, yes I did only once when I first had them, didn't realise they caused feedback, had a hell of a bad spike the next day-to-day don't do it!

I take my hearing aids out but my Tinnitus really hikes up so I do put one hearing aid in if it keeps me awake but your ears have to breathe and if you get a ear infections as I have it can really send your Tinnitus up .

I find in the quiet - they make the tinnitus more noticeable - pounding in left ear and whistle in right.

Not what you're looking for?
