Hi all, first post, just signed up, happy new year.
Anyway, searching for support groups and found one in Lincoln, seems to be the nearest to me?, as i live in Grimsby. I have tonal tinnitus and at first thought i would never get used to it!! but 4 months down the line iv'e learnt to cope, but only just!
It's going mad as i type this. Just wondered if anyone has been to the Lincoln meeting?
looking at the dates they meet i think iv'e just missed it
Cheers Nick

Hello and welcome to the British Tinnitus Association forum Nick. Do feel free to ask any questions, I hope that you find this a helpful and supportive place to help you manage your tinnitus.
I think Lincoln is your nearest group, but I know we're trying to set one up in Grimsby. And there's the Hull Tinnitus Information Day coming up, which will hopefully trigger more interest in developing support groups in the area.
If you're interested in going to a Grimsby group, give our office a call on 0114 250 9933 or email colette@tinnitus.org.uk and we can get in touch to let you know when one forms.
If you are interested in the free Hull Information Day, you can find out more at tinnitus.org.uk/Event/hull
Warmest wishes
