Itchy tinnitus aids .. best moisturiser?

I thought of using a bit of coconut oil to stop my white noise aids from itching but then wondered if this would clog up the aids?

Meanwhile merry Christmas Day everyone. Hoping yours is relatively peaceful ie tinnitus free🤞🏽🤶🏻🌟☃️

Hello again! I seem to be following you!

I wear hearing aids and occasionally get the itch but thankfully nothing I can't ignore.

I think it would depend on when you put the coconut oil in your ears and how much. I use olive oil as it had been used for eons as ear drops, I use it at night and the excess just runs away by the morning. I think if you used a solid fat then it would clog up more easily. I'm not very diligent at cleaning my aids and only bother if I can't actually hear with them!

We seem to be synced in so many ways including poor hygiene with the aids!
