I have had tinnitus for about 30 years, it started in one ear now it is in both, sometimes I cope .. sometimes I don't, like now getting ready for bed, it's it so loud,

Are there any support groups in Co Durham .. DH1

I've been suffering for around 8 years recently become unbearable, I have it in both ears, I had a dreadful cold before Christmas and the tinnitus got worse, before I had the cold I could manage to a degree, now it's dreadful
