Waking up still tired?

I've been on levothyroxine for 8 or so years currently on 75mg.Had a blood test a couple of weeks ago which must have come back normal as i havent heard anything,but im still waking up after a good nights sleep shattered and it lasts the whole day.Anyone else similar?

Yes! I sleep like a log, but still wake up exhausted and achey. I take 125mcg thyroxine and have done since being diagnosed with autoimmune hypothyroidism just over 3 years ago.

Any ideas on how we can improve his would be greatly appreciated!

Never, ever accept lack of contact as proof of anything. Nor the word "normal" in relation to thyroid. Get your actual results. You should be able simply to ask and get them. Any problems, post back.
