Gut Psychology - the book?

A while ago some one here suggested a book, i think it was called Gut Psychology. Can anyone remember correct name and author please?

Yes it is the one mentioned above - a very useful read. MFx

It's quite an expensive book. I've bought it and read it. I sort of agree with her ideas, but find the diet very extreme. It also doesn't take into account other kinds of food problems, the diet is very high in food chemicals like histamine etc, so if that was your problem it would not suit you at all.

Also, I am dubious about some of the probiotics, especially yeast-based ones. S Boulardii can cause infections in people with compromised guts. I know it sounds a bit crazy, but I think my problems are ultimately due to a baker's yeast infection in my digestive system and elsewhere. S boulardii is a subspecies of baker's yeast.
