Hi Sharman

As mentioned on your other question, you are unlikely to get a very good response to this without a bit more information. Thanks!

absolutely you can :)

different people take it different ways, some take it once a day, some 2 some 3 some 4 some 5 LOL :D

some take it all the morning, some all at night, those who 'multi-dose' some of them take a bit just as they hit the pillow.

Many find a great a benefit from a bedtime dose.

Only way to know if it works for you is to try :)

i take mine b4 bed but i dont eat or drink 2hrs b4 or if i am night shift 2hrs b4 and after taking ,i take mine on a night because of other medications that can only be taken on a morning.i find i sleep so much better taking at bed time but each individual is different so try different times but give each time a trial of say 1month to see if there any changes

I did take T3 just before bed (6.25mcgs) and I slept all the way through the night. Before I was always waking around 3/4am. Now I've moved onto NDT and I miss that T3 dose, I'm sleeping ok but waking at 3/4am again, but at least getting off to sleep again.

For some people T3 doesn't help but for me it was brilliant.

I can take T3 more or less how and when I like. I can take it before bedtime, during the night, day etc and sleep fine whatever.

Other people say of they take it later than 2pm they can't sleep, we all seem to react differently.

I currently take mine in the night with my levo and that is because of convenience. It means it's separated by several hours from any other meds or supplements and food.
