Hi all

Just wondering, has anyone been successful in healing their adrenals to recovery? How long it roughly takes and what was successful in your adrenal recovery.

Any advise welcome of course :0)

Hi Si,

I started on the NAX 7 weeks ago and am not sure how it should be until I feel a difference.

I'd say a slight change is happening but my temperatures/s are still low and have noticed I feel much worse when my basal is around 35.7

Am waiting to send my diary back to Dr P and I think it'll take many months of experimenting with NAX / Candida diet and regime and then maybe Thyroid support.
