You can take Nutri Adrenal Extra and see if it helps - up to 6 per day.

You can get your doc to check for addisons, but do this before you take any supplements.

You could read up about adrenal fatigue and how to treat it, or you could look for a sympathetic doctor.

There are adrenal forums on Yahoo, a good one is called something like the natural thyroid and adrenals forum, run by Val.

Good Luck!

Nel.
