As it's the first of the month, we have changed the Big Question today. This month's Big Question is:

Thats a good one.l I saw four doctors within a space of 9 months, visiting each about twice. I was so fed up. They just said I was suffering from depression and wanted to give me antidepressants. I refused. Fifth Dr took a blood test. Confirmed hypothyroid. I didnt know myself then that I had it. Keep going is my advice. Mind you they are stilling telling me I have depression 3 blood tests later and on 75mcg.

I'm undiagnosed, but just had half my thyroid out yesterday. Had blood tests - 'normal' but i'm asking for the actual levels when I get the suture out (I have beads in my neck too!) Yes docs told me I was depressed or anxious (palpitations. tingles etc). Thyroid is basically a physical problem.
