Apologies - our feedback tab is being upgraded - it will shortly (in the next couple of days) appear on the right hand side of the page (in all pages in the site)

It allows you to put feedback in various categories - complaints, suggestions ideas etc - so please fire away, there's a fair amount of tweaking going on at the moment so feedback is especially useful at the moment.
