I am someone who definitely has medication sensitivities and allergies but in case it helps anyone, I recently had to switch to a 75mcg dose. I had been taking Accord and splitting my tablets to make it up to the 75mcg but Endo was not keen on me splitting tablets (?) so I had to change brands and got given Mercury Pharma as it does not contain Mannitol, which I know I can't tolerate. Within a few days I had horrendous bloating, nausea and diarrhoea. I couldn't even get my clothes on. I didn't immediately connect it to the change of brand (even though I've read so many posts on here about this very thing 😆). Finally I twigged and switched back to Accord & splitting the tablets while I worked out a solution. The symptoms were gone within 48 hours. I've now switched onto Vencamil and praying for no issues. I think it was the Acacia Powder as all the symptoms matched. Every day is a school day. And a big thank you to Helvella - because of your research, posts and charts I was able to address this quickly.
