From my last post I mentioned that I started drinking levothyroxine 50mcg for about a week and stopped due to some side effects I was having. January 10th, 2025 - pre levothyroxine TSH - 11.240 and T4 - 0.66. Post Levothyroxine March 4th - TSH - 0.22 and T4 - 2.80. Doctor had me on propranolol for 2 weeks 20 mg twice a day and now results are in the picture above. I'm still having symptoms of an abnormal heart beat, hands started to shake, having chest pains now and then especially on my left side, feeling really thirsty and still having gas on my lower abdomen which nothing I take is helping to relieve the gas. Waiting for a reply from my doctor to see what's the next step.
Test results after stopping levothyroxine for a... - Thyroid UK
Test results after stopping levothyroxine for about 3 weeks.

You may need Carbimazole to reduce levels
Request Dr test TSI or Trab antibodies for Graves’ disease
And
TPO and TG antibodies for autoimmune hypothyroid disease - Hashimoto’s
Hashimoto’s can start with quite wild swings to hyper as thyroid cells breakdown releasing excess thyroid hormones
If it’s Hashimoto’s, not Graves then this hyper phase is temporary
Thank you for your response. I got a call from my doctor today and he mentioned that since I've had my thyroids for about 9 years and for a long period of time I hadn't had it controlled the RAI didn't fully worked. He prescribed be tapazol 1 tablet every 12 hours and propranolol 20 mg twice a day. Within a month time to do over the blood test and if nothing helps I'll have to do another dosage of RAI. He said the levothyroxine had nothing to do with the symptoms that I'm feeling but I know since I started to take levothyroxine I've felt sick. He also mentioned I'm no longer hypo that I'm now hyper. I'm not sure if I should get a second opinion. Since I've taken the RAI I've had problems with my teeth so I'm not looking forward into doing it again.
