Not much anyone can tell you without an FT3 result.

Your TSH is slightly under-range, but that really doesn't matter because your FT4 is well within-range:

FT4: 16.8 pmol/l (Range 9 - 20) 70.91%

That looks good but just testing the FT4 and TSH doesn't tell you how well you convert T4 to T3, nor the level of your FT3. And that is the most important number, because T3 is the active hormone.

But how do you feel with these levels? How you feel is just as important as the blood test results, which at best are only a rough guide to dosing.

Did your GP request that you reduced Levothyroxine from 75mcg to 50mcg due to your TSH being under range? If so, I’m not surprised that you are feeling unwell; reducing by 25mcg is a large step. I would ask for a full thyroid test (including FT3) before undertaking any reduction- as your FT4 is well within range. I would also ask for key thyroid vitamins be tested (folate, ferritin, B12 and vit D) as having these optimal supports thyroid health.

What time of day was your blood draw? When did you last take your Levothyroxine dose?

A patient to patient tip for your next draw is to get the earliest possible blood test (before 9am) and take daily Levo AFTER the test, to ensure highest TSH reading.

I am not suggesting you take just 25mcg Levo. I think the 50mcg is possibly too low a dose for you. Do ask GPfor FT3 and key vitamins. Please ensure next blood test is early morning (before 9am), taking daily Levo after the blood draw (patient to patient tip)
