GLP-1 medication not working

Hi..so I've used wegovy and very slowly lost a stone...in a few months...decided to switch to mounjaro and in the time I built up to 7.5mg I'd gained half a stone back...eventually the full stone back on???...yet I had the suppression and definitely ate less as you are meant to on these medication. Started back on wegovy and I'm just at the end of the 0.5mg with partial suppression and no weight loss yet...I'm Hashimoto's and 57 and can't understand why I haven't lost weight with the suppression...anyone else?

last thyroid and vitamin results showed you were on inadequate dose and vitamin levels very poor

TSH - 4.71 MIU/L - (0.3 - 5.5 )

TSH around 1

FREE T4 - 12.1 PMOL ( 12.0 - 22.0 )

F4 and Ft3 at least 50-60% through range

FREE T3 - 3.7 PMOL ( 3.1 - 6.8 )
