delaying evening doses untill next morming (to get 24hrs) already gives a slightly false low for fT4 levels (because you've effectively missed out a full days dose to take straight after the test)
... so if you also leave a 36 hr gap, then the fT4 result you see on this test will definitely be lower than the usual levels you have each day when dosing normally ...
how much lower ? is a bit of a ' how long is piece of string' type question .... impossible to say with any certainty ... but you need to take this into account when interpreting your fT4 results .
