Hi
mayoclinic.org/drugs-supple...
Mayo clinic - I noted 3 mentions of tiredness and muscle aches in a list of over 30 side effects.
Unsure if your tiredness and muscle aches stem from your medication.
Natural methods to control high BP are less salt, less potassium rich foods, lots of water, exercise and, possibly, a vegan diet.
All the best

Please give your actual vitamin test results together with the ranges. And have you had full blood counts done? Are tests recent?
I have been getting increasingly unwell with identical symptoms you describe. Blood tests now show B12 and Folate far too low, subclinical deficiency. For me, it's definitely malabsorption, potentially pernicious anemia, and will shortly be testing for Intrinsic Factor antibodies. In the last few days I've developed gastritis as well. These deficiency related problems may develop symptoms slowly until they become fully apparent.
