Free T4 (fT4) 11.1 pmol/L (7.9 - 16) 39.5%

Free T3 (fT3) 4.9 pmol/L (3.8 - 6) 50.0%

Your levels are on the low side

are you still taking t4/100 t3/20mcg novothyral combined tablet.

How long before test was last dose

You could add an extra 12.5mcg of levothyroxine daily alongside

Retest in 8 weeks

What are vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferritin levels

Take last dose Levo 24 hours before test

Day before test split T3 as 5mcg waking, 2.5mcg mid afternoon and 2.5mcg at 8-12 hours before test

Test 8-9am

Essential to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 at least annually

Vitamins are all in range

Please add actual results and ranges

not sure i understand reason to do this..

All my labs are in range and can assume doing that they will be lower , so how does this help as ive already passed through the range that will be found in re test..to get to current dose and range

What is it trying to achieve, what am i missing.. lol am having brain fog lately

testing thyroid as advised will give consistent results

You probably have room to increase dose of levothyroxine

Vitamin levels need to be at good levels

Hi

mayoclinic.org/drugs-supple...

Mayo clinic - I noted 3 mentions of tiredness and muscle aches in a list of over 30 side effects.

Unsure if your tiredness and muscle aches stem from your medication.

Natural methods to control high BP are less salt, less potassium rich foods, lots of water, exercise and, possibly, a vegan diet.

All the best

Please give your actual vitamin test results together with the ranges. And have you had full blood counts done? Are tests recent?

I have been getting increasingly unwell with identical symptoms you describe. Blood tests now show B12 and Folate far too low, subclinical deficiency. For me, it's definitely malabsorption, potentially pernicious anemia, and will shortly be testing for Intrinsic Factor antibodies. In the last few days I've developed gastritis as well. These deficiency related problems may develop symptoms slowly until they become fully apparent.
