E-Mail notifications

hi don’t seem to be receiving my daily email notifications. Any ideas??

There have been a few issues recently - I've missed some.

If your settings are right, then the only thing you can do is check spam, etc., and contact HU.

Admins have absolutely no access to such things.

I've been having the same issue, I went in to my settings on HU and selected recieve all emails and am getting them that way but it's flooding my inbox.

It's a case of "Be careful what you wish for"!

I just checked my email and got a response from HU about my problem and hopefully it's fixed. You can contact them by going to Menu at the top right and scrolling down to Get help using this site and when the Help screen appears go to Ask at the top of it and write your message.

Mine sometimes arrive quite late.

For some reason, they have been going into my spam file. When I figured that out and fixed the issue, now I have no problems. But I am noticing they do come in a little later in the morning than they used to.

I used to receive them about 8P Hawaii Standard Time, now they come in about 3A so I don’t get them in the evening, I see them in the morning a day later than I used to 🌴
