Hi ya , I've been feeling rough. Cold corspe hand and feet. Back and shoulders like battered by a bat. Slow and tired. Like small tasks take loads of energy.
So bloodtest my TSh 0.07 abnormal
23.7 T4 normal. Does this mean my levothyroxine needs upping?

Sleepyachy, unfortunately we cannot comment without the ranges, figures in brackets after the results you have given. Also to get an accurate picture you would need to have a result for T3. If GP won't arrange this or lab won't test it then look at private tests such as Medichecks mentioned on this site. You could also ask for TPO antibody test. Do you know what your vitamin levels are like for Vit D, B12, folate, iron anfd ferritin?

Was FT3 tested?
It is essential to test key thyroid vitamins:
Ferritin
Folate
B12
Vitamin D

no , those levels seem pretty similar to your usual from looking at a few of your previous posts.
ie pretty low TSH with fT4 towards top end of range .. so no ,
they don't scream hypo , and they don't suggest you need a dose increase .
and they don't fit with your symptoms of feeing freezing cold and achy.
is it possible you have flu or something coming on ?
or low FT3…can you get that tested?
