How do you feel?

Did you follow the recommended timing of 24hrs for Levo & 8-12hrs for last dose of T3? If so, the results look good.

How are vitamin levels and what are you supplementing with?

Hi. Thanks for replying I’m feel okish , I struggle with insomnia and have done for years, so I am often tired. Tests carried out exactly to protocol. I supplement with B complex, Vit d+K2 . Ferritin was quite low when I last tested, so taking an iron supplement . Thought the results looked ok, just wondered if the T3 was a tiny bit high?

Low ferritin wont be helping the insomnia. Some people find that taking Levo at night or a bed time dose of T3 helps insomnia.

Which iron supplement are you taking and is it working?

I had been taking Three Arrows, but didn’t think I felt much better. I take my 2nd dose of T3 in the afternoon, might be worth trying it later Thanks for your help 😀

Ferritin can take a long time to raise - think well over a year, so keep going.

Hello R7vfmbroadway

If still taking T3/T4 maybe adjust down a smidgeon on the T3 -

Everywhere I researched suggested ferritin needed to be over 70 - for any thyroid hormone replacement to work well.

I think you'll find a ferritin under 30 is considered by the NHS as iron deficient anemia and the guidelines suggest investigating further - iron panel and or colonoscopy / endoscopy before supplementing -
