Manage the symptoms

I've had the same now for about 15 years. I've been referred to 4 consultants over that time and nothing clears it completely. Antibiotics ease it for a short time. I have a daily nasal spray Nasonex and antihistamines prescribed by GP. I use a Neti pot with Neil Med sachets when it gets really bad and inhale with menthol crystals.

I think you meant to reply to DippyDame 's post about sinusitis, didn't you? But you've started a new thread and she won't necessarily see it. I've tagged her for you. :)
