So I have recently just changed my routine and I now take it at night making sure I've only had water to drink for 2 hours before and nothing after, this is working better for me as I love my yorkshire tea on a morning and I know dairy and caffeine both affect levothyroxine. I am on 125mg levothyroxine. I am feeling better but I still struggle massively with fatigue

Yes I find it better and more convenient to take at bedtime
