Hi guys, just wondering when and how people take their Levothyroxine? As I know lots of things can affect it. So I have recently just changed my routine and I now take it at night making sure I've only had water to drink for 2 hours before and nothing after, this is working better for me as I love my yorkshire tea on a morning and I know dairy and caffeine both affect levothyroxine. I am on 125mg levothyroxine. I am feeling better but I still struggle massively with fatigue

Yes I find it better and more convenient to take at bedtime

Retest FULL Thyroid levels 6-8 weeks after changing how you take it or after brand or dose change too

Retest vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 at least annually
