Nasty Headache

I’m taking 3/4 grain armour and yesterday around an hour after taking it alongside my adrenavive at lunchtime, I developed the most sickening headache, I still have a headache although not quite as bad. I’m not a headache person other than the odd sinus headache - is this a low thyroid/NDT thing? Still feel awful.

It’s hard to say. There are a lot of autumnal bugs and viruses around at the moment and I’ve definitely just had something that left me headachey for a week—pretty sure it wasn’t thyroid related in my case.

Thank you Jazzw - the headache has finally gone and I didn't have any other symptoms so the only things I can think of were the armour/ndt combo or the fact that I gave in and had a large slice of sourdough after being gluten free for a while.

No worries. I’ve often had viruses where the only symptom has been a headache. The sourdough might have been the culprit too. I have to be GF and I really suffer even if it’s a tiny bit of gluten. Headache tends to be part of that too.

If you are taking the NDT and the adrenal glandular at the same time - maybe stop doing this -

I take my adrenal glandular some 4 / 6 hours away from my NDT :
